This website gives good historical information about the life of Walt Disney, and his company after his death. It includes examples of his work as well as some of the first movies his company did on its own. It gives specific and accurate dates and numbers regarding his animations. It talks a lot about his life leading up to animating as well. It even talks about his animations before steamboat Willie, which were less popular.

This website gives information on Walt Disney and his animated presentations. It focuses mostly on his living life, although it does include a section on theme and amusement parks. The other sections aside from that include a section just on Walt, a section on his early life, one on his first Disney cartoons, and one on his full length features. The two most talked about ate his first Disney cartoons and his full length features. However, it does not continue to talk about his other achievements in TV shows, which hinders it somewhat.

This site gives wonderful information on Walt Disney’s impact on the world around him. It also includes some of his more major works including snow white. It gives information on how the themes in his movies and shows inspired people during the great depression. Other parts of the website give more information on the more recent Disney accomplishments, such as Disney cruises, weddings and more. It also gives good pictures that add to the topic.

This website gives information on many aspects of Walt’s life, including his general background as a person, a more in depth background as an animator, and his major accomplishments. It works as a short biography of Disney, and gives good detail about each different part of his life. As it was written by a professor from the University of Kansas it is a fairly reliable as well as useful source.

This website gives good information on a lot of Disney’s movies as well as some less known of his TV shows. It also gives more insight into the person Walt was, about his character and moral values. It offers more insight into his careers before animating as well like his art career and his work with Universal Pictures. Overall this is a good source for information on Walt Disney once involved in art, though it gives little to no explanation on his earlier years.

This site give wonderful information on Walt Disney as an inventor and animator though is lacking in telling major works of his and his early life. It focuses mainly on his invention of the multiplane camera, his general information, the impact of his invention, and a rather short biography. Although concentrating on his invention it also offers good information on how amazing he was and how much impact they had on the world.

This website, although very factual, helps line up the major events in Walt’s career, it provides information that most other sources don’t such as what his brother did and when workers went on strike that help me learn about what was going on in his life that influenced him. The site includes other things going on in the world at that time as well, which give me a better understanding of the world at that time. It is also very clear and easy to read and comprehend.

This site, not centered on Walt or Disney, gives in great details timeline of the events going on in Disney’s time period, and others after. This helps me see the before and after impact on Disney’s works, and helps me guess what his achievements inspired in people. I can line this timeline up with others about him and see the impact he had. Also it includes a few of his accomplishments which help to compare what was going on in the world with what was going on at Disney.

This book gives wonderful and in depth detail on the art of animation, as well as what sets Disney apart from other animators. Written by some of the first to work for Disney Studios it gives an accurate portrayal of both Walt and his creations. Though long it offers brilliant pictures and wonderful quotes from Walt and other animators. It helps me get a grasp on the world of animation and how determined Walt must have had to been. It gives great insight into this line of work and into the life of Walt Disney.

It explains what was going on at during the war from an American perspective and tells it in easy to read language that helps get the message across. It is written for students, and so gives great historically accurate information that is very useful.

This site gives incredibly useful information on the Great Depression and everything that was going on during the time of the depression. It gives great information on what was going on in the stock market as well as the doings of the president, and information on important events.
